🛠️ The Process

1. Import a Template Character – A 3D model that meets your required technical specifications (e.g., topology, rig, textures, etc.).
2. Create Shape Variations – Generate shape variations (e.g., tall, heavy, identity-based characters) using Popul8’s Shape Editor, or import variations created in external software.
3. Import Asset Catalogue – Add Deformables (garments, grooms, accessories, etc.) or Animations to make them available for any variation.
4. Create Crowds / NPC – Build collections of characters that follow the Template’s technical requirements, incorporating shape variations and complementary assets.
