Where’s Hugo is a Unity-powered interactive experience that demonstrates large-scale, real-time crowd rendering using Popul8’s crowd generation technology.
The project showcases how thousands of fully unique characters can be loaded, animated, and rendered efficiently, from data exported directly from Popul8. Beyond technical performance, it integrates gameplay logic that challenges players to spot Hugo hidden within the living, breathing crowd.
